We are now in Schmalkalden. The city has 40,000 people and it's well the area quite famous for skiing on the wintertime. The heat is really important for a city like this one, that is located in a mountain area. This is the so-called icehouse a bigger heating house where we have installed three C200's. The turbines are new and they are working quite nicely and steadily. The balance of the plant consist of two gas compressors, steam boiler, pumps and a control system to automate operation of the plant. In the past the produced heat through natural gas in boilers, Germany is trying to find ways not only to produce heat, but this is central heating plant heat and electricity. This is a goal we are trying to reach with central heating glans of different areas in Schmalkalden. Dissipating houses or this kind of boiler house are needed so that this sophisticating network in the city and this way the people are connecting their houses to the network instead of having their own body in every single house. And this way you get the economics off scale working on your heating solutions as well. This boiler house is taking care of and delivering the heat for approximately 3000 apartments altogether something like 20 industrial buildings including the local faculty at the University for applied sciences. Most of what we have there you can divide it into two sections. So there is a two C200 turbine working with a natural gas. And then one that is working with a bio-methane. We are buying bio-methane from the grid. We have the first one third of the plant working with bio-methane alright now. And the plan is to have it totally working with the bio-methane. The electrical efficacy of those microturbine is about 33%. The microturbines provides sufficient heat for our needs in the summer of months, during those months we do not have to run the boilers not having to run the boilers in the summer extends the life of the equipment and produces energy savings. The buffer is used when the network does not need to full power load it collects the heat and then gives it back when the heat requirements are higher than the performance of the turbine plant. The boiler does not have to be used during that time. The Capstone C200 microturbine provides much higher overall efficiency in combining in power applications than a reciprocated engine. We observe a wonderful overall efficiency of 80-85%. We needed heat and this system provides along side electricity production, then considering the micro-turbine generator not many companies make a technology of work and Capstone is only one that provides a good product.
